At Philosophy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that items must be in their original condition and include all original packaging to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure timely processing.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed, typically within 7-10 business days.
